The new design changes we have developed, implement parts *manufactured by Precor and are the same parts that would be typically used for general repair. To strengthen the original design of the elliptical trainer, we add additional parts and reorient their configuration.

The patented design change involves making modifications to (2) areas of the Precor EFX544 Elliptical Trainer.

1). The two foot ramps are reinforced underneath by a lift guide and bracket mounted on the under-side of each ramp. A new one piece lift shaft is inserted between the two ramps.

Patented Design

The Retro-Fit Kit developed by PrecorPart.com is a †patented design change for the Precor EFX544 Elliptical Trainer. The kit is specifically designed to address the most problematic areas of failure, which are associated with the machine's front elevation system and stair arms.
